W Eight Jordan is not owned, controlled, or managed directly or indirectly by any U.S. Partner. W Eight Jordan is not authorized to act for, represent, or bind any U.S. Partner to any contract or obligation and no agency, partnership, affiliation, joint venture, guarantee, or other legal relationship can be created or implied from doing business with W Eight Jordan. Accordingly, all sales, services, quotes, communications, and other acts are made solely by or on behalf of W Eight Jordan and shall be governed exclusively by W Eight Jordan’s own terms and conditions as they exist at that time. By doing business with W Eight Jordan, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is only with W Eight Jordan, not with any U.S. Partner, regardless of any referral, coordination, inter-company transaction, resale, brokerage relationship, or other involvement of a U.S. Partner or their agents during the course of your business with W Eight Jordan. No U.S. Partner has any responsibility, duty, or liability from your dealings with W Eight Jordan unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by that U.S. Partner. In the event you do business with any U.S. Partner separately from W Eight Jordan, W Eight Jordan assumes no responsibility or liability for any products or services you may have with that U.S. Partner. By transacting with us, you release, waive, and disclaim any claims against our U.S. Partners and agree to hold them harmless for any matters arising from your relationship with W Eight Jordan. “W8” is a registered trade name licensed for use by W Eight Jordan within its territory.
